Legal security
The contract we agree on guarantees the strict requirements of the German Travel Law. Additionally, we have an agreement with all our partner organisations that any programme booked has to be set out in writing. So in case of doubt you can be certain that you have found your best partner with us.

We support you before, during and after your trip and we are, by all means, at your immediate disposal. Services include, among others, valuable insider tips from our team and if necessary, application tips, information material as well as an evaluation of your stay.
As a sub-association of the WYSE Travel Confederation, WYSE Work Abroad stands for high quality in the work abroad sector and for responsible Work and Travel, internships and volunteer programmes. The WYSE Work Abroad is the world's largest association of work programmes abroad. We are therefore subject to the quality criteria of this association. In addition we commit ourselves to the guidelines of the Working Group of the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). Thereby we also commit ourselves to the following promises:

This guarantees that we do not only provide you with an internship and language course in the destination of your choice, but we also provide you with all the extra assistance you may need to make your stay abroad run smoothly. This includes: accommodation booking, transfer, travel insurance, application training (i.e. we assist you in writing a convincing application), flight booking and, extremely useful, the insider tips from our international team (i.e. valuable pre-departure information and advice on the language, culture and lifestyle of the host country).
Constant support and monitoring
Booking with us means that you are guided at all times and that you have a personal contact person on-site, who is always there to help you in case of problems. This service is included in the price. Additionally, you can also contact one of our employees on our 24 hour emergency phone number if required.

If you book one of our programmes you will be covered by the customer-friendly German Travel Law. As we have our main office in Germany we are legally bound by these guidelines. Your payments to us are fully insured.
