Director- Manufacturing Coordination Worldwide Bosch Security Systems GmbH

Take the opportunity to go abroad! This opportunity doesn’t always come along, and when it does, I recommended taking it. An internship or working in another country is a good way of preparing for your future work life.

Through personal experience I can tell you that going abroad and gaining work experience contributes enormously to your personal development. However it not only contributes to your personal development, it also evaluates your resume for your future job applications and demonstrates your future employers that you are flexible and adaptable in different situations.

My experiences in the framework of various international internships and a prolonged occupation in Canada is that I would recommend anyone interested in investing into their future, to invest into an internship abroad. During an internship you not only expand your knowledge of foreign languages, but you also gain work experience and learn different cultures and life styles.

My experiences abroad have helped me over the years on a regular basis in many different areas and fields of work. It has made me look at things differently, in different perspectives. In interviews, it is always important that I invite candidates with relevant skills.

My advice: Take advantage of the opportunity for a time abroad!
